Geoff Marshall

Geoff Marshall is the Chair of Emsee’s Board, guiding the company’s growth with deep expertise in healthcare, commercial strategy, and governance. Geoff brings many years of leadership experience as a director and senior executive across medical and non-medical sectors.
He was the founding MD of medical device success, Nanosonics Ltd, and formerly served as COO of Mayne Health’s private hospital division. His earlier career includes roles as a Partner at PwC and key roles @ Merrill Lynch, uniquely blending engineering, finance, and operational experience.
Geoff has chaired several private and ASX-listed boards and continues to advise Healthtech ventures on product development and go-to-market strategy.
