Chantelle Bell has been practicing naturopathy for 17 years, with a strong focus on women’s health and menopause. Early in her career, she recognised that many women put their health last, often prioritising others over themselves. Chantelle is passionate about changing this mindset and helping women understand the importance of self-care, especially during the menopause transition. Her approach is holistic and personalised, treating the whole body by addressing diet, lifestyle, stress, and hormonal balance.
Owning and running a multimodality clinic for 11 years is one of Chantelle’s proudest achievements. This experience allowed her to work closely with other allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Beyond menopause management, Chantelle specialises in stress management, sleep support, nutrient deficiencies, and digestive issues. She is also committed to educating women, having hosted webinars and corporate health expos to raise awareness of hormonal changes and the importance of maintaining good health.
Outside of her practice, Chantelle enjoys playing and coaching netball, spending time in nature with her dog, and taking holidays with her family.
