Adeline Chu is the Group Managing Director of Emsee, where she leads our company’s vision to reimagine menopause care with innovative digital health services, holistic treatment programs, and global expansion initiatives.

A seasoned executive and founder, Adeline has launched award-winning ventures across nanotechnology, fintech, healthtech, and edtech. Her earlier career spanned senior roles in product and marketing with global organisations such as Philips, Rothschild, American Express, and Ogilvy.

Adeline is also a long-standing advocate for entrepreneurship and innovation, having mentored over 500 early-stage teams through programs with CSIRO, Western Sydney University, and startup accelerators across Australia and Asia.
